Pre-inspection can pinpoint upgrades you should make before listing, or at the very least, objections you can expect from potential buyers. We work on eliminating any surprise that could interfere with the sale of your property by addressing issues upfront.

Sign an “Exclusive Right to Market Property Agreement” with me for 6 months, and I’ll arrange for your free pre-inspection.

Not transferable. Not retroactive to previous real estate transactions. Applicable only to services provided by affiliates of Dan Bokan. Offer expires 30 days upon inception of “Exclusive Right to Market Property Agreement.”

This involves making a home more marketable in terms of interior design and planning the flow of people and activities in the home.

You’ll have the professional services of Sherry Senior Designs for a full 3 hours. Sherry will work with your existing furniture and fixtures to maximize the efficiency and energy of your home. (This service is not appropriate for selling an empty house.)

Sherry Senior Designs specializes in custom decorative painting, murals and faux finishes, and will consult with you in selecting a unique style for your new home. Sherry offers 12+ years of experience. She’ll be happy to show you samples of work she’s done for homes and businesses in the area and around the country.

Sherry Senior Designs offers professional color consulting. Sherry’s work with color and texture has transformed homes in the area and around the country. You’ll have up to 3 hours of Sherry’s time.
